Project Description:
When Superior Construction Co. decided to move its headquarters from Gary to Portage in 2015, they turned to Holladay Properties to provide an ideal building solution. Working closely with Holladay Construction Group as the General Contractor, Holladay provided full development as well as architecture and interior design services for the 16,300 SF building featuring 10,525 SF of office on the main level, and shop and storage space in the basement.

A build to suit for Horizon Financial Management, The Riley Building at AmeriPlex at the Crossroads is a 20,000 SF office facility designed to meet the needs of a growing medical billings and collections group. The project involved a collaboration of efforts between Holladay’s planning and design specialists and Holladay Construction Group’s construction professionals.

The Purdue Technology Center of Indianapolis was a joint venture development of Holladay Properties and Purdue Research Park. The 60,000 SF business incubator is the first development in the 80 acre Purdue Research Park of Indianapolis, a mixed-use Certified Technology Park that is the centerpiece of the latest 400 acre phase of development at AmeriPlex-Indianapolis. The facility offers an environment with amenities unlike any other development in Indianapolis that helps cutting-edge, high-tech companies move forward with specially designed office and lab areas.

This three-story facility has proven to be both flexible and economical for the demands of the government tenant over the years and Holladay has provided full property and facility management services for the building since it was developed.

One of Holladay's early office developments, One Michiana Square was designed to facilitate ease and comfort of function for its tenants and their valued clientele. The building’s dramatic glass and Italian granite façade is easily identifiable and can take on a variety of appearances depending upon vantage point. With five floors and an underground parking garage, this Class A office building has been a major landmark and center of commerce in the heart of downtown South Bend since the mid 80s.
