12/02/2015 Beam signing held for Grand Park Events Center Holladay Properties partners John Phair and Chris Wilkes joined Mayor Andy Cook and others in signing their names on a steel beam, which will be the last one placed during construction, on Tuesday, December 1 for the Grand Park Events Center.
