Holladay team brokers new lease at Mercy Medical Arts
Brian Wilcox, Director of Brokerage Services, and Matt Poncy, Leasing Agent, have completed negotiations on a 10 year lease of nearly 26,000 square feet of medical office space between HCA, Inc. and ONICX, LLC.
