Holladay Properties has sold the 80/90 Distribution Center, a 225,000 SF modern bulk distribution facility in South Bend, IN.

The transaction was orchestrated by Colliers’ Midwest Investment Services Team, led by Alex Cantu, Alex Davenport, and Anisha Yadav, who acted on behalf of Holladay Properties. The Industrial Developers of Oklahoma (IDO), a developer based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, purchased the facility.

Polywood, a distinguished manufacturer and distributor of high-quality patio furniture, has secured a 7-year triple net lease and fully occupies the entirety of this facility.

The newly constructed Class A facility, located just off Interstates 80 and 90 at the US-31 interchange, has a 32′ clear height, 20 dock doors, a 90′ truck court, and 234 auto parking spaces.
