Holladay Properties’ development, Sand Lake Shores Medical Center, was named the 2024 Lease of the Year CoStar Impact Award winner in the Orlando market. Winners – chosen for their growth, diversification, and ability to overcome unique challenges in their markets – were selected from a panel of more than 660 industry professionals drawn from each respective market.

Sand Lake Shores Medical Center is a premier lakefront medical offfice redevelopment adjacent to the Orlando Health Dr. Phillips Hospital. This facility has been leased by Select Medical and will become a new flagship location. The new hospital will offer 63 beds across 72,000 SF. 

The CoStar Impact Awards recognize exemplary commercial real estate transcations and projects completed in 2023 that have significantly influenced neighborhoods or submarkets across 128 major international markets in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
