Itasca Station is an 87-unit luxury residential apartment community providing a walkable environment with access to downtown Itasca, as well as city amenities available by a short train ride to downtown Chicago. The five-story community will feature an amenity deck with a water feature, grilling station and a pergola, clubhouse, fitness center, restaurant at ground level, pet run, electric vehicle charging stations and a secure, heated parking garage. The project broke ground in 2025 with completion in 2026.
