Benton Smothers joined the Nashville Development team in 2017 as Vice President of Development. He brings over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to his role with Holladay Properties.
In his current role, Mr. Smothers leads our Nashville office and focuses on mixed-use, multifamily, and industrial development. Prior to Holladay Properties, Mr. Smothers was with MDHA in Nashville, TN and EDENS in Washington, DC.
Mr. Smothers is a graduate of North Carolina State University and holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Georgia. He is a member of NAIOP, ULI, and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville Board of Directors.
