$82M plans would address SR 933 west of Notre Dame campus
(South Bend, Ind.) – Holladay Properties has been working with the City of South Bend and others on a plan that would dramatically change State Road 933 between Angela and Douglas, the road that separates the Notre Dame campus from Saint Mary’s and Holy Cross.
According to Paul Phair, Senior Vice President – Development for Holladay Properties, the planning process is in the early stages. However, Holladay has applied for a $1.94 million Regional Cities grant to help cover costs for the project, which could spur $82,985,070 in total development.
