(Nashville, TN) – Erin Van Mol was recently promoted to a Senior HR Generalist. Von Mol joined Holladay Properties in December 2016 to support the administrative functions of the Human Resources department.

“Erin’s promotion is recognition of the expansion of her responsibilities,” said Tiffany Coursey, Director of Human Resources. “HR would not be able to support our team in all of the areas we do without her.”

Since joining Holladay, Von Mol has been an instrumental in elevating the Human Resources department’s overall support of the Mid-South Division. She has also taken leadership of the recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding process. Von Mol also provides support to employees and managers in all areas related to Human Resource function.
