(South Bend, Ind.) Holladay Properties is pleased to announce that Jackie Green has been named Holladay Properties’ newest Partner. Ms. Green joined Holladay Properties in 2012, when the Indiana Property Management Department was beginning to transition from exclusive management of its owned portfolio to expand into third-party property management.
In last five years, Ms. Green has grown the Property Management team in Indiana to nearly 50 employees who assist her in managing over two million square feet of commercial real estate, as well as two multi-family residential communities encompassing over 400 units. She will also be leading the efforts to bring Holladay’s newest multi-family communities, representing 393 units, from development to operation in 2018.
Ms. Green is directly responsible for a team of Property Managers including four commercial property managers and three residential property managers. Those numbers are growing because of her efforts to increase Holladay’s third party management portfolio, and she is currently in the process of expanding Holladay’s presence in Northwest Indiana.
Ms. Green has over 25 years of real estate experience and has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designations from The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She maintains her State of Indiana Real Estate Broker’s license and is an active member of BOMA Michiana. Ms. Green is actively involved in the community, assisting with Penn High School Boosters, Junior Achievement, and the Boys & Girls Club of St. Joseph County.
