St. Joseph County wants to take over Indiana 933 near Holladay’s proposed mixed-use development
(South Bend, IN) – A proposed $65 million to $75 million mixed-use development on Notre Dame-owned property has encouraged St. Joseph County to take over part of Indiana 933 from the State.
The plan would allow Holladay to build a housing and retail development located at the northeast corner of Indiana 933 and Douglas Road.
Holladay has said it will not move forward with development unless road and landscaping improvements can be made along a 1-mile stretch of Indiana 933 between Angela Boulevard and Douglas Road.
