(Baltimore, Md.) – Holladay’s Properties Eastern Region development office and Hospitality division are working together to make progress on plans for a new Tru by Hilton hotel development in Baltimore. The $20 million, eight-story, 140-room hotel should break ground this fall at 415 S. Central Avenue.
