(Michigan City, Ind.) — Holladay Properties is pleased to announce that Starin Marketing is expanding their space within the Haskell Building in Michigan City. The Haskell Building is a 64,000 square foot flex industrial building that was built in 2017.
Starin Marketing, a Chesterton, Ind.-based communications solutions provider, leased 16,000 square feet of space in the Haskell Building in 2018. Construction is underway on an additional 8,000 square feet that Starin will occupy in May.
“Starin has been an excellent company and tenant to work with from the initial lease through this expansion,” Mike Micka, Holladay Properties’ Vice President-Development, said. “We have been honored to be a part of their expansion into Michigan City and hope to continue to grow with them in the future.”
Mayor Ron Meer stated, “We are very excited that Starin Marketing is expanding their footprint in Michigan City. This is great example of a public-private partnership between the City of Michigan City Redevelopment Commission and Holladay Properties to create economic investment and jobs for our residents.”
The Haskell Building was the first new facility of its kind in Michigan City when Holladay celebrated the building’s ribbon cutting in February 2018. At the time, the building had one tenant occupying 8,000 square feet.
