East Penn Manufacturing Co. has signed a lease at the World Connect 5 building located at AmeriPlex-Indianapolis. The private, family-owned Pennsylvania-based company offers batteries and battery accessory products and will occupy 31,383 square feet at 5835 Decatur Boulevard. The company operates worldwide.

World Connect 5 is a 62,219 square foot industrial facility that was built in 2015. East Penn Manufacturing Co. will occupy Suite 200 in April to support its business of distribution, storage and service of batteries and battery accessories. 

David Holt, Senior Vice President of Development and Community Affairs for Holladay Properties attracted the company and negotiated the lease on behalf of the building owner. The new lease brings the World Connect 5 Building to 100% occupancy.
