Holladay Properties has unveiled plans to spend $25.5 million to develop three speculative industrial buildings in the Northpoint Industrial Park in Westfield, IN. The new buildings represent a total of 335,500 square feet of development within the business park, which opened in 2018.
Holladay hopes to draw local companies to the park with the new buildings which would include a $13 million, 182,500 square foot warehouse on 15 acres; a $7.5 million, 96,000 square foot warehouse on 11 acres; and a $5 million, 55,000 square foot warehouse on 5 acres.
Northpoint One, the 182,500 square foot industrial facility, is expected to break ground in July 2021, with delivery in Spring 2022. The other two buildings are expected to break ground later this year.
