Duffey Phelps joined Holladay Properties in 2015 as a Project Developer. Since that time, Duffey has overseen the development and operations of Holladay’s hotel portfolio in the Midwest. In this role, he has been part of a team that has developed and acquired over 1,400 hotel rooms in multiple markets. Duffey currently serves as an active member of the Holladay Hospitality Committee, where he is actively involved in all development, investment and operating decisions across the Holladay hotel portfolio.
