(Portage, IN) – Twelve volunteers arrived at the Portage Family YMCA at 9 AM on Friday, October 4 for a day dedicated to giving back to a deserving local organization. The group included Lydia Amado, Ryan Kelly, Steve Laird, Mike Micka, Michelle Mosier, Chris Nowfel, Michael O’Connor, Nick Sebert, Clayton Trueblood, Jessica Vargas, Amanda Watson, and Laura Small, whose joined the volunteer efforts prior to her first official day with Holladay Properties on Monday, October 7.

The crew performed a variety of tasks to help improve the exterior of the property, including installing Sno-Gems, pulling weeds and cleaning up landscaping in several areas around the property. All of the jobs that the YMCA had for Holladay were completed by the end of the day and the group even waited for another load of rock to be delivered so the job could be done completely. Way to go, team!
