Holladay Properties and Holladay Construction Group worked together to develop and construct a new 20,200 SF medical office building in Valparaiso, IN for Northwest Health. A ribbon cutting was held in August 2023 to kick off the opening of this new medical office building.  This MOB offers primary care services to the Valparaiso community.
