Holladay Properties has broken ground on a new Medical Office Building in Valparaiso, IN. Holladay Properties has partnered with Northwest Health to construct this primary care building in the North End Business District in Valparaiso. 

Holladay Construction Group is the General Contractor for this new Northwest Medical Group location. The project team is led by Ryan Kelly (Vice President of Development) and Jessica Vargas (Project Architect), with the completion of this new Medical Office Building being scheduled for  2023. 

This building is the 4th medical office building that Holladay has worked on with Northwest Health. Previous buildings from this partnership include New Porte Landing, LaPorte, Porter Medical Office Building, and the Johnson Road Medical Office Building in Michigan City. Holladay Properties is also one of the nation’s leaders in Medical Offices, with experience developing, designing, building, and managing these spaces. 

This 20,187 square foot medical office building will be in Viking Place Park in the North End Business District and will offer primary care services to those in the Valparaiso area. The site is easily accessible, being 10 minutes away from an existing Northwest Health hospital, and less than 5 minutes from Highway 49 and the Vale Park Interchange. 

This project expands Holladay’s existing Medical Office Building portfolio and builds on the company’s partnership with Northwest Health.
