Holladay Properties is pleased to announce the completion of a Suburban Studios, an extended-stay hotel in Arlington Heights, Illinois. This is Holladay Properties’ 14th extended-stay hotel and stands as their 24th hotel total. 

This project included a successful conversion of a 125-room Comfort Inn & Suites into a modern extended-stay hotel.  The renovations included upgrading existing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and adding kitchenettes to every room.

The project broke ground in early 2023 and opened in August 2023.
