"I wanted to drop you a line to tell you how much we appreciate John Johnston's help on March 16, 2020 [at the WoodSpring Suites Indianapolis Castleton]. We had come to Indianapolis to be with our daughter during and after her surgery. Our reservations were from March 14 -April 1. Our daughter heard from her surgeon on Sunday that her surgery was cancelled. That evening, we saw our Governor from California on the news telling residents over 60 to go home and stay. This pandemic had grown since we left California just days before (3/12/2020.) We didn't know what to do. We were emotional and upset and frankly, scared. Mr. Johnson was so kind and helpful to us at a time when we truly needed it. We enjoyed the hotel. It's new, clean and close to anything one needs. The staff is professional and kind. When we return, we will stay at WoodSpring Castleton!! I left a 5 star review on TripAdvisor."
