On November 8, Holladay Properties invited a group of Nashville brokers to Airport Logistics Park (ALP) for a reception. The development team is working on the next phase of this project and the goal of the event was to spread awareness of the Park.
“I believe this is the best turn out I have seen for an industrial event,” said Kadi Jones, Vice President of Marketing, Cushman & Wakefield.
It was a great success with more than 50 people in attendance. Everyone had a chance to race a remote control tractor trailer to the newest ALP building for the chance to win a Southwest Airlines’ gift card. It was a lot of fun and has drawn a good bit of interest to the project.
Drawing on our success from our many business parks, Holladay’s Nashville office is leading development of a new, 95-acre industrial park near the Nashville International Airport. Plans for the Airport Logistics Park include six industrial facilities varying in size from roughly 20,000 square feet to 450,000 square feet.
