(Indianapolis, IN) – Holladay Properties has donated 20 acres of land valued at $2.27 million at AmeriPlex-Indianapolis to Damar Services. The land is located adjacent to Damar’s 46-acre campus at AmeriPlex and will allow the organization to grow in the future.

“Holladay Properties’ ongoing generosity is helping to expand not just Damar’s space but also our vision for impact,” said Damar Services and President and CEO Jim Dalton. “Their gifts allow us to meet the needs of a growing population and to offer services that otherwise might not be possible.”

Damar Services provides a variety of programs and services to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families. Holladay Properties is proud to support the efforts of this growing organization.

This donation is the second gift of land that Holladay has provided to Damar Services. In 2009, the company donated 8 acres at AmeriPlex to Damar’s campus.
