(Lombard, IL) – Trustees of the Village of Lombard have selected Holladay Properties as the preferred developer of a 2.5-acre Transit Oriented Development (TOD) site in the Village’s downtown. Holladay has been working with the Village of Lombard for over a year to secure this position.

This follows the November selection by the Village of Lombard Economic Development Committee of Holladay Properties to develop the site. The development is located at 101 Main Street in Lombard, immediately adjacent to the Lombard Metra Station.

Holladay is planning a 120-unit residential complex, which includes 3,000 square feet of restaurant space, as well as a 12,000 square foot grocery space.
