Barley Properties and Holladay Properties are pleased to announce another new tenant leasing space in Barley Properties' new 65,592 square foot multi-tenant flex building located at 2650 Barley Road in Valparaiso. Mauser Packaging is leasing a 25,110 square feet space in the building which will house its sustainable packaging business serving industries throughout Northwest Indiana.

Holladay Properties and Holladay Construction Group provided development and construction services for the project and continue in the role of leasing the completed facility and attracting new businesses to the site.
