IT Assistant - South Bend, IN

Holladay Properties (South Bend location) is looking for a part-time IT Assistant to work between 20-25 hours weekly (Monday through Friday). This candidate must be highly motivated and willing to learn. Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following: performing MAC (Moves Add Changes), working with end users to resolve issues, checking service logs for errors (i.e. backups, antivirus/antispam, and Windows updates), and creating documentation and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written skills with ability to communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with Desktop Operating Systems and applications
  • Ability to identify and communicate process improvement solutions
  • Problem Solving

Required Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Prior experience in Information Technology a plus

Grounds Crew Member – Portage, IN

Holladay Properties' South Bend, Indiana office is seeking an energetic, talented and efficient individual to join its experienced grounds crew. This full-time crew member will assist in the upkeep of several commercial properties to enhance and maintain the property’s peak appearance at all times. Job responsibilities will include mowing, trimming, edging, mulch application, maintaining flower beds, fertilizing, pruning, installing landscaping, snow removal, and care and maintenance of equipment and grounds vehicles. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and be comfortable working outdoors and as a team member.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 80lbs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to tolerate temperatures of 100 degrees or more and below freezing temperatures while working outdoors
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong commitment to high level service and quality standards

Commercial Maintenance Technician - Portage, IN

Holladay Properties' Portage, Indiana office is seeking an energetic, talented and efficient individual to join its experienced maintenance staff. This full-time crew member will assist in the maintenance of several commercial properties. Job responsibilities will include repairing, installing, replacing and maintaining machinery, mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, fixtures, plumbing, tools and building materials. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be comfortable handling and operating hand tools, power tools, and have a general knowledge of building maintenance.

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years commercial maintenance experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 80lbs
  • Excellent communication skills.
