Holladay Properties newest operating hotel property, the four-story, 91-room Home2 Suites by Hilton Fishers Indianapolis Northeast extended-stay hotel is now open in Fishers, IN.

The Holladay Properties' owned and managed Burlington Station luxury residential community in Downers Grove, IL has ranked number 136 of 1,303 properties in the 2020 Elite 1% ORATM Power Ranking, as published by Multifamily Executive magazine with an ORA score of 95 out of 100.

Holladay Properties has entered into both a Development Services Agreement and a Property Management Services Agreement for the redevelopment of an existing 15,000 square foot commercial building located at 1 North Whittaker in New Buffalo, MI.

Holladay Properties has broken ground on three new commercial real estate developments in Virginia including a 30,000 square foot Class A research and wet lab facility, a 10,000 square foot build to suit for Boot Barn, and an 8,000 square foot office building.

Holladay Properties' Indianapolis office is planning a new mixed-use multifamily/retail development at 46th Street and the Monon Trail in Indianapolis, known as Monon 46 which will include 102 apartments as well as a 3,500 square feet retail building.

On January 11, the Mishawaka Fire Department Ladder 3 fixed flags at the St. Joseph County VA Clinic for Holladay's South Bend, IN property management team.
