Operations Support Manager


Cheryll Schroth joined Holladay Properties in 2001 and is the Operations Support Manager. In her role, Cheryll manages the daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of the financial status of projects for all Clients. She has served in a variety of roles with Holladay including Accounting Manager for CHS, Accounting Manager over Accounts Receivables, Accounting Manager over Construction, Lead Accountant, Portfolio Accountant, Construction Accountant and Operations Manager-Capital Projects; and was named Holladay Properties 2009 Employee of the Year. Cheryll has over 30 years of experience in the accounting industry and studied at Jefferson College in Hillsboro, MO and St. Louis Community College.
