The Holladay healthcare team has been awarded a new management contract in Nashville, TN. Mental Health Cooperative, Inc. has engaged Holladay for property management, accounting and building engineering services for the 100,000 square foot Cumberland Bend Offices located at 215-275 Cumberland Bend.
“The Mental Health Cooperative has been a tenant in this building for more than 25 years. It was a big undertaking for them to be able to finally purchase the property, for which they are very proud,” said Kirsten Adams, SVP Managing Director (Nashville, TN).
Since Holladay manages more than 17,000,000 square feet of space, including over 8,000,000 million square feet of healthcare real estate, the team is well equipped to handle the every day needs of this facility. Holladay’s management team became aware of this opportunity through a relationship with the broker who represents Mental Health Cooperative.
Cumberland Bend Offices is currently home to Mental Health Cooperative and government offices such as Social Security Administration, Housing and Urban Development, Railroad Retirement Bureau and the Department of Labor. Day-to-day property management activities will be overseen by Kirsten Adams until a dedicated Property Manager for the facility is hired.
Mental Health Cooperative has been helping adults with severe mental illness and children with serious emotional challenges live quality lives in Middle Tennessee for more than 25 years. Mental Health Cooperative is a recipient of the Program for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) grant, and also provides mental health services to the homeless population.
