The Diversey Building at AmeriPlex at the Port in Portage, IN is now over 90% occupied with the execution of its newest lease with Global Traders & Supplies, Inc. The new tenant, which operates globally as ShoreBags, sells eco-friendly bags and accessories.

Global Traders & Supplies has leased Suite 103, encompassing 5,170 square feet. The tenant will use the space for warehousing and to import and distribute gift bags.

Holladay Properties provides leasing and property management services for AmeriPlex at the Port and the new Diversey Building, which is owned by an investment group led by the Portage, IN office of Holladay Properties. Michael O’Connor, VP of Leasing & Development represented the building ownership group in the lease transactions. 

The Diversey Building is a 52,900 square foot building located at 6340 AmeriPlex Drive in AmeriPlex at the Port. The two new leases bring the building’s total occupancy to 91% and leaves just one space totaling 4,532 square feet available for lease.
