Holladay Properties hosted a Grand Opening Celebration and Ribbon Cutting ceremony for their newly constructed 8,000 square foot state-of-the-art office building in the Winding Brook development in Ashland, VA, on October 21, 2021. The building will serve as the new Mid-Atlantic development headquarters for Holladay Properties, as well as host other tenants.
In addition to the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, Holladay Properties will also host an official Groundbreaking Ceremony for a brand-new prototype Starbucks with dual drive-thru lanes and an outdoor patio immediately after the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in the Winding Brook development. Starbucks is slated to open in May 2022.
“We are very excited to open our new office in Hanover County which will act as our Mid-Atlantic development headquarters. Being in our Winding Brook development alongside Bass Pro, Boot Barn, the future Starbucks, and other tenants will allow us to showcase our development talents as we continue to grow our office,” said Austin Haynes, Sr. Vice President, Holladay Properties.
Holladay Properties is also celebrating the Grand Opening of Boot Barn (located at 11700 Lakeridge Pkwy, Ashland, VA 23005) from October 22 through October 24th. Holladay Properties developed, constructed, and owns the Boot Barn building.
Lastly, Holladay Properties has also announced plans to start construction on the remaining few lots of Ryan Homes, as they move towards completion of the 85-Unit Townhome Community in Winding Brook. This solidifies Winding Brook as a truly mixed-use community with office, industrial, retail, restaurants, and residential.
“The Winding Brook development is one that has taken an incredible amount of time and effort to develop, and we couldn’t be more proud of the end result. Having our new office be amongst these A-list tenants seems only fitting,” said Manette Tepe, AIA, ASID, Senior Vice President, Holladay Properties.
Developed by Holladay Properties, Winding Brook is strategically located on the I-95 corridor just north of the intersecting I-295 outer loop near Richmond. Anchored by Bass Pro Shops, the development includes destination retail, restaurants, entertainment, and a full-service hotel.
