(Nashville, TN) — Healthpeak Properties, a real estate investment trust that invests in healthcare properties, hosted its first ever virtual Kingsley Tenant Satisfaction Awards Presentation on June 24, 2020. As usual, Holladay’s healthcare management division had a large presence at the event.
The Kinglsey Tenant Satisfaction Awards include the Highest Score and Most Improved High Score, and are presented to Property Managers based on results of the Kingsley Survey, an annual tenant satisfaction assessment. The Highest Score awards are given to property managers who achieve the highest satisfaction score across the entire Healthpeak portfolio.
Three Holladay Property Managers earned a Highest Score award:
- Clarence Evans (Jackson, MS)
- Catherine Hernandez (Miami, FL)
- Henry Rodriguez (Miami, FL)
One Holladay associate earned a Most Improved High Score award. These awards are given to the property managers who have the highest year over year increase in score. The Holladay winner was:
- Jolene Butzke (Minneapolis, MN)
