Dr. Nicholas Cain serves patients throughout Northwest Indiana and will seek to expand access to residents of Portage and throughout Porter County by locating at the Promenade at Founders Square in Downtown Portage.

Dr. Cain and his team at Healthy Smiles are truly interested in getting to know each of their patients and forging long-term, lasting relationships. The Healthy Smiles team is never too busy to answer patients’ questions, address their concerns, or explain their preventive, restorative, prosthetic or cosmetic procedures.

Healthy Smiles Northwest Indiana joins Big Time Burgers and Brew and the Greater Portage Chamber of Commerce in leasing one of the various ground-floor retail spaces surrounding Founder’s Square Park.  The Promenade at Founders Square is a mixed-use development, which includes residential apartment units as well as commercial and retail space comprising a walkable, urban lifestyle overlooking the beautiful Founder’s Square Park and Amphitheater.

Holladay Properties provides leasing and property management services for the Promenade at Founders Square, which is owned by an investment group led by the Portage, Indiana office of Holladay Properties.
