Holladay Properties has begun development of a $20 million, 8-story, 140-room Tru by Hilton Hotel in the heart of Downtown Baltimore, MD. The Tru by Hilton hotel model is aimed at millennial travelers and offers smaller, more affordable rooms with larger, amenity-filled common area spaces. Construction began in February 2019 and the hotel is expected to open in Spring 2020. Amenities of this property include:

  • “Play Zone” with table games, tiered seating, and televisions
  • Fitness center and indoor pool
  • Office area
  • Lobby and lounge area with front desk and convenience store
  • Digital social media wall
  • Back of house service areas
  • Green Roof, and other LEED design criteria

In late 2018, Holladay Properties began the revitalization of Donelson Plaza. With Donelson’s new Nashville Public Library branch as its centerpiece, the 1960s era shopping center will be transformed into a modern urban town center, extending its life for decades to come as a hub of the Donelson community. Planned improvements for the property currently include:

  • A new Nashville Public Library Donelson Branch, built at the center of the Plaza;
  • Refurbished building facades and courtyards;
  • Redesigned landscapes, sidewalks and roadways; and
  • Future mixed-use buildings, flanking the entrance to the new library.

The four-story, WoodSpring Suites hotel in Addison, IL broke ground in August 2018 with Holladay Construction Group serving as the project's General Contractor. The project also involved demolition of an existing hotel on the site that took place in April.

At the center of the action on the dynamic east side of Indianapolis, LaGrotte Square sits between downtown and Fountain Square. Whether you prefer to walk, drive, bike or scooter your way around downtown, this location is both walkable and wheelable. The project includes School 7, a former IPS school building that has been renovated into multi-tenant office space; 231 S. College Avenue, the historic Milano Inn that was recently renovated and is currently home to Holladay Properties and Holladay Construction Group's Indianapolis offices; 201 S. College Avenue, the first new planned development within LaGrotte Square that will feature 25,000 square feet of ground floor retail space and 200,000 square feet of premium office space; and LaGrotte Apartments, a four-story planned apartment community.
