(Merrillville, Ind.) - Holladay Properties has closed on the acquisition of 1500 East 83rd Avenue in Merrillville, Ind. The 4.82 acre parcel is the site of the old Club 83, which has been closed for several years.

(Indianapolis, Ind.) - The City of Indianapolis has taken steps to provide funding for streets, sidewalks and other infrastructure improvements for the Central State and Monon 16 areas to encourage development growth for those projects.
The City expects to borrow $9.5 million as part of a federal loan guarantee program to fund the projects.

(South Bend, Ind.) - A proposed $65 million to $75 million mixed-use development on Notre Dame-owned property has encouraged St. Joseph County to take over part of Indiana 933 from the State.
The plan would allow Holladay to build a housing and retail development located at the northeast corner of Indiana 933 and Douglas Road.
