(South Bend, IN) – Indiana Legal Services has signed a lease for 5,312 square feet at 227 S. Main Street in South Bend, IN. The not-for-profit law firm will occupy the second floor of the 227 S. Main building when they move in on November 1, 2019.

Indiana Legal Services will be using the news space to provide free civil legal assistance to eligible low-income residents throughout the state of Indiana. Bradley Company represented the tenant and Cressy & Everett represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
