Holladay Properties’ Indiana Property Management team has added another property to its third-party management portfolio. The building is located in the Indianapolis, IN market.
Holladay Properties has entered into full service management agreement with Indianapolis Public Transportation (IndyGo) for a retail property the organization in Indianapolis, IN. The building is roughly 8,300 square feet and is located at 8925 Madison Avenue.
As part of the agreement, Holladay will provide budget and operations services, accounting and financial administration, maintenance including repairs, and capital improvements management. The initial term of the contract is three years and begins on November 1, 2021.
Holladay’s Indiana Property Management department manages over 1.5 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties for third-party owners throughout the state. This includes full service, facilities management, and caretaking management services.
