Laura Cottingham has joined Holladay Properties as Chief Financial Officer. She brings 18 years of finance and accounting experience from multiple industries including healthcare services, parking/property management and IT staffing/consulting to the company.

Ms. Cottingham comes to Holladay from Premier Parking in Nashville, TN, where she served as Chief Financial Officer for two years. She also has a history with Holladay.

Ms. Cottingham’s experience with Holladay began in 2003, when she served an Accounting Manager with Holladay’s Nashville office from 2003-2006. More recently, she has been providing consultant services for the past several months to redesign the company’s accounting organizational structure.

Ms. Cottingham will be working primarily from the Nashville, TN main office. She will lead a restructured accounting team along with Controllers Eric Guess (Nashville, TN) and Eric Graybill (South Bend, IN). 

Ms. Cottingham has a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Lipscomb University. She prides herself on helping to achieve corporate revenue growth through valuation, due diligence and integration of acquisition targets and improving owner and client communication and financial reporting.
