(Michigan City, IN) – Marbach America, Inc. is open and hiring at the Haskell Building, located at 6101 Cleveland Avenue in Michigan City. The firm celebrated their new facility with a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting/Oktoberfest celebration on Thursday, September 18.
Representatives from Holladay Properties and Holladay Construction Group, who completed the construction of Marbach’s new 16,000 square foot space, were on hand to join in the celebration. Marbach was welcomed to Michigan City by an array of local representatives, including Michigan City Mayor Ron Meer, Clarence Hulse (Executive Director of Economic Development Corporation Michigan City), and Fourth Ward Councilman Sean Fitzpatrick.
Marbach is the newest tenant in Holladay Properties’s Haskell Building, a 64,000 square foot light industrial building located on 4.33 acres on Cleveland Avenue in Michigan City, IN, within the AmeriPlex-Marquette business park. The building is a high quality pre-cast concrete panel construction with interior steel columns for roof and structural stability. It offers 24′ clear height and flexible space to serve office, warehousing and light manufacturing requirements.
