Holladay Properties is pleased to announce a new development at the Central State redevelopment project in downtown Indianapolis – 58/Bahr at Central State.

The new $15 million housing community will include 30 single-family homes and 20 town homes. Development of the new housing community will be led by M/I Homes Inc., an Ohio-based home builder.

58/Bahr is the second single-family housing project at Central State, the other is The Villages at Central State. M/I Homes expects to break ground on the first home in May and it will be completed in August 2018.
