(Michigan City, Ind.) – Holladay Properties officially celebrated the completion of the Haskell Building with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony on Tuesday night. Holladay Properties staff joined Mayor Meer and representatives from the Michigan City Economic Development Corporation, the city’s Redevelopment Commission, the Chamber of Commerce, and Holladay Construction Group in the ribbon cutting event and open house for the 64,000 square foot facility.

Holladay broke ground on the industrial building in May 2016, and the facility is the newest one of its kind in Michigan City. One tenant, KTR Corporate, has already taken occupancy of its suite within the building, and there are up to seven more spaces available. Suites range in size from 8,000 square feet to 56,000 square feet and each space is designed to have a separate entrance as well as a drive-in door and a loading dock.
