(South Bend, IN) – John Phair, President & CEO of Holladay Properties, has been named a Top CEO of the year, and will appear in the October 2011 issue of Northwest Indiana Business Quarterly. Mr. Phair is one of 17 leading Northwest Indiana CEOs to make the list.

Nominations for Top CEO were sought from Northwest Indiana Business Quarterly magazine business readers and peers. After the nominations are in, nominees are reviewed based on their specific accomplishments, including the company’s success, and if there has been a financial turnaround.
Other considerations include the successful launch of innovative new products or services as well as the CEO’s activity or prominence within the industry. A final consideration is the CEO’s extraordinary commitment to the community.
John joined Holladay in 1978 after spending after seven years in mortgage banking in Denver and South Bend. He acquired controlling interest of Holladay Properties in 1999 and today is managing partner of 75 commercial partnerships.
