(Lombard, IL) – The Village of Lombard Economic Development Committee has selected Holladay Properties to develop a 2.5-acre Transit Oriented Development (TOD) site in the Village’s downtown. Holladay was chosen after participating in a competitive Request for Proposal process from the Village of Lombard that began in Spring 2018.
Following Village Board confirmation, Holladay will be engaged as the developer of a 120-unit residential complex, which includes 3,000 square feet of restaurant space, as well as a 12,000 square foot grocery space. The development is located at 101 Main Street in Lombard, immediately adjacent to the Lombard Metra Station.
