(Michigan City, Ind.) – Holladay Properties is pleased to announce that Marbach America Inc. has leased 16,000 square feet of space at the Haskell Building in Michigan City. This new lease brings the Haskell Building, a 64,000 square foot flex industrial building built in 2017, to 75% occupancy, with just 16,000 square feet remaining available to lease.
Marbach is a subsidiary of Marbach Group, a German-based manufacturer of tools and dies. The firm plans to invest over $4 million into their space within the Haskell and expects to hire up to 30 workers.
Marbach will join existing tenants Starin Marketing Group and KTR when the occupy the building in August 2019. David Lasser of Commercial In-Sites represented the building owner in the lease transaction.
