(South Bend, IN) – On June 2, South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg attended a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house for the American National Red Cross, at 220 West Colfax Avenue in South Bend. Several Holladay Properties employees were in attendance as the tenants expressed their excitement about their new, downtown facility.

“The move to downtown South Bend –  Holladay Properties’ Colfax Place office building – is a ‘coming home’ for the Red Cross headquarters in this region,” said President and CEO of Holladay Properties, John Phair. “They have had several locations in the county over the last 75 years, but started out downtown and have now returned. We are delighted they picked this premier building for their headquarters.”

Colfax Place is a 7-story, 28,000 square foot multi-tenant office building that Holladay Properties acquired in 1988. The building is an icon in downtown South Bend and is located across the street from the South Bend Tribune building.
