Indianapolis office supports advanced manufacturing growth in Westfield

(Indianapolis, IN) – Holladay Properties is committed to supporting and promoting growth throughout the communities we serve. This commitment has been exemplified in Westfield, IN, where we have been investing in the City since developing the Grand Park Events Center.

After completing the Grand Park Events Center in 2016, Holladay developed the 93 room Hampton Inn Westfield Indianapolis, which opened in 2017. Most recently, Holladay invested in a 300 acre site at 202nd Street & U.S. 31. The NorthPoint Commerce Center is expected to bring more than 2.5 million square feet of office, advanced manufacturing, and logistics space as well as $200 million in capital investment.

The first tenant at NorthPoint, Bastian Solutions, will be opening soon and is spurring City of Westfield officials and Holladay to work together to create a hub of advanced manufacturing at NorthPoint. The Indianapolis Business Journal recently reported on this project. Read the article…
