(Fort Lauderdale, FL) – The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches announced the winners of the prestigious “The Outstanding Building of the Year” (TOBY) awards at a ceremony on Friday, November 9, 2018 at the Westin Bonaventure Resort and Spa in Weston, FL.
The CNL-owned Northwest Medical Park Building, which is managed by Holladay Properties, earned top honors in the medical category.
Property Manager Melissa Melendres and Building Engineer Brian Swisher were elated to receive such a coveted award!

The Northwest Medical Park Building will be entered the BOMA International Southern Region TOBY’s set for March 2019, where it will compete against other medical facilities across the Southern Region of the US.
