Allen Arender has led the redevelopment and new construction development of more than 1,000,000 square feet of commercial office, medical office, and warehouse properties in Nashville as well as structured multiple development joint ventures with institutional investors. Currently, he is leading redevelopment of The Factory at Franklin and Donelson Plaza as well as the development of Airport Logistics Park, a 100-acre business park adjacent to the Nashville International Airport.
