Dan Phair joined Holladay Properties in 2004 to bring about new developments within the Indianapolis market, including continuing the progress of Holladay’s 1,500-acre AmeriPlex-Indianapolis business park. He is involved in building and land acquisitions, project management, development analysis, and building sales and leasing. Dan has worked on numerous new development projects in Indianapolis, Indiana and Richmond, Virginia involving millions of dollars in new building construction.
