Jeff Ottman joined Holladay Properties in 1999 and served Holladay’s healthcare division as its CFO and eventually the division leader. Jeff has previously been responsible for business development, asset management, property management, brokerage, lease administration, financial reporting, human resources, engineering, and construction management. He recently completed the redevelopment of Sand Lake Shores Medical Center, a 63-bed rehabilitation hospital in Orlanda, Florida.
